When it comes to learning and teaching, there’s no doubt that experience is the best teacher. That’s why Erasmus+ Project EMPOWER believes in immersing its partner institutions in hands-on experiences, so that they can truly understand and relate to the challenges faced by the migrant women.
At the recent Project Meeting held in Ljubjana Slovenia on April 17th and 18th, 2023, the main focus was on developing a toolkit that would provide a practical guidance for migrant women on their entrepreneurial journey. Through a series of engaging and interactive activities, partners were able to learn how to effectively communicate, participate, gather stories and share information.
By experiencing these activities firsthand, the partners will be better equipped to train and support the migrant women who will be participating in the program. This ensures that the lessons learned are not just theoretical, but based on real-life experiences. In the end, this will lead to a more effective and impactful program that truly empowers migrant women to succeed in their entrepreneurial pursuits.
