Core competence is the conception, coordination and implementation of regional and European labor market projects. The close cooperation between companies and associations as well as European and regional network partners is the starting point for economic, professional and innovative project work.

Volkshochschule “Ehm Welk” Schwerin (VHS) is the adult education center of Schwerin, the state capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany. It stands for the right to education, for equal opportunities and a comprehensive understanding of education. The public mission of its adult education center is to offer all citizens a broad spectrum of educational opportunities. It is oriented toward the individual interests and needs of the participants as well as the needs of society.

The STEP Institute, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, is a research and training institution that develops innovative methods to enhance human potential. It empowers people to function better in the world of work through innovative methods. The institute addresses complex challenges in the world of work, offers evidence-based and practice-oriented courses, and promotes continuous professional development throughout Europe. STEP’s user-centered approach aims to strengthen entrepreneurial competencies in different contexts to promote the green circular economy, green technologies, sustainable developments and human-centered design of products and services. With its interdisciplinary team, the STEP Institute is able to build bridges between schools and work organizations, resulting in innovative curricula that meet the new professional demands for green skills and sustainable development.

ISA Institute is a private non-profit institute based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, working in the fields of psychology, mental health promotion, resilience, personal growth and well-being, integration of immigrant children and their families, and primary violence prevention. It collaborates with a large number of external experts and trainers and cooperates with national and international non-profit organizations, ministries and other public institutions (e.g. Ministry of Education, Science and Sports, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Educational Institute of Slovenia, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Primorska) and a network of schools and companies.

Ilmiofuturo is made up of an innovator team in the field of Lifelong Learning System, with the aim to support people in their personal and professional growth. In today’s complex world where rules and roles change continuously, Ilmiofuturo supports people in reaching a proper personal self-fulfilment condition. It promotes transformative learning processes addressed: to people on key skills in order to make them “activated and inspired”; to trainers/teachers on the design and the implementation of learner-centred teaching approaches.
Ilmiofuturo also works on research and innovation of the learning processes implementing complex projects. Over the last three years, Ilmiofuturo implemented over twelve international projects on the learning processes innovation topics.

Coordinamento Donne nel Mondo is an association based in Rome. It was founded in 2007 with the aim of promoting dialogue between women from different backgrounds and supporting them in their personal development and in overcoming difficult situations in their private lives (violence of all kinds: verbal, physical, psychological, sexual, economic, gender and racial). One of the main objectives of the association is to promote gender equality and highlight the role of women as the center of development of the family and society. The main activities of the association are: Assistance in difficulties, vocational counseling, training, family counseling, organization of international events to promote capacity building.

Folkuniversitetet (FU) is a national vocational education association that offers a wide range of vocational education and adult education courses throughout Sweden and in several European countries. Each year, Folkuniversitetet welcomes over 140,000 students to a variety of lectures, short courses, or full-time study programs ranging in length from six months to two years. Folkuniversitetet offers a wide range of education: adult education, both initial and continuing, vocational education and training, secondary education and labor market training. The pedagogical approach is based on the idea of imparting knowledge that is of immediate practical use to the students. Government agencies, authorities and the corporate sector also turn to Folkuniversitetet for support with specialized training courses.
