The core competence is the design, coordination and implementation of regional and European labour market projects. Volkshochschule

Volkshochschule “Ehm Welk” Schwerin (VHS) is an adult education centre in Schwerin, the capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It stands for the right to education, equal opportunities, and a holistic understanding of education. The public mission of its adult education center is to offer a wide range of educational opportunities to all citizens. It is oriented towards the individual interests and needs of the participants and the needs of society.

STEP Institute

The STEP Institute, based in Ljubljana, is a research and educational institution that develops innovative methods to strengthen human potential. It uses innovative methods to train people to perform better in the world of work. The Institute addresses complex challenges in the world of work, offers evidence-based and practice-oriented courses and promotes continuous professional development across Europe. The STEP user-centred approach aims to strengthen entrepreneurial competences in a variety of contexts to foster a green circular economy, green technologies, sustainable development and human-centred design of products and services. With its interdisciplinary team, the STEP Institute can build bridges between schools and work organisations, resulting in innovative curricula that respond to new professional demands for green skills and sustainable development.

ISA Institute

ISA Institute is a private non-profit institution based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, working in the field of psychology, mental health, resilience, personal growth and well-being, integration of immigrant children and their families, and primary violence prevention. It collaborates with a number of external experts and trainers, and links with national and international non-profit organisations, ministries and other public institutions (e.g. the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, the Pedagogical Institute of Slovenia, the Faculty of Arts of the University of Primorska), and a network of schools and companies.

Ilmiofuturo

Ilmiofuturo is a team of innovators in the field of lifelong learning, with the aim of supporting people in their personal and professional growth. In today’s complex world, where rules and roles are constantly changing, Ilmiofuturo supports people to achieve appropriate personal self-fulfilment. It promotes transformative learning processes for: people to acquire key skills to “activate and inspire” themselves; trainers/teachers to design and implement learner-centred learning approaches. Ilmiofuturo is also active in the field of research and innovation of learning processes in the implementation of complex projects. In the last three years, Ilmiofuturo has carried out more than twelve international projects on innovation of learning processes.

Coordinamento

Coordinamento Donne nel Mondo is an association based in Rome. It was founded in 2007 with the aim of promoting dialogue between women from different backgrounds and supporting them in their personal development and in overcoming difficult situations in their private lives (violence of all kinds: verbal, physical, psychological, sexual, economic, gender and racial). One of the main objectives of the association is to promote gender equality and to highlight the role of women as the centre of the development of the family and society. The main activities of the association are: Help in Difficult Situations, Vocational Counselling, Training, Family Counselling, organisation of international events to promote capacity building.

Folkuniversitetet

Folkuniversitetet (FU) is a national vocational education association offering a wide range of vocational and adult education courses in Sweden and several European countries. Folkuniversitetet enrols more than 140,000 students each year in a variety of lectures, short courses or full-time study programmes lasting from six months to two years. Folkuniversitetet offers a wide range of courses: adult education, both initial and continuing, vocational education and training, secondary education and training for the labour market. The pedagogical approach is based on the idea of imparting knowledge that is immediately applicable to students in practice. Folkuniversitetet is also approached by government agencies, authorities and the business sector to assist them with specialised training courses.

Trim-Tab AB

Trim-Tab AB is a privately owned Swedish company, based on the understanding that everyone has the right to meaningful and rewarding employment, both work and education. This motto characterises the company as a whole and its different areas of activity. Trim-Tab is an employment and human resources services company and the provider of a labour market policy programme called ‘stöd och matchning’, which aims to help the unemployed to find employment or training as quickly as possible. Trim-Tab has been ranked as one of the most successful providers of the labour market policy programme because it can show positive results.
